UShop is a shopper stop solution for procuring all the Unilever products, customized hampers and promoting new products. It’s a premium website. With the help of which we want to glamorize the users purchases on daily basis. Users can surf through a wide variety of options and find their best fit products. It’s a platform that gives an opportunity for other child brands to check and test and release their international products
As there is an big growth in India’s D2C industry, UShop being a D2C platform we will have to measure upto the industry. Hence, following are the vision and goals assembled.
Despite the brands widespread popularity, UShop presence in the online space in India was practically not existing. Customers used to depend on large competitors’ websites like ITC Store, Tata Nutrikorner, Mamaearth, Nykaa etc.
We have come to the outcome that we will create competing website for web and mobile where to make an order should very simple to use with just one click. It should be precisely very easy to understand and the information should be properly provided about the options and choices that users should have it.
Our approach for breaking down a large projects into manageable chucks. Use this process to define the steps needed to tackle the projects, and remember to hold to all of out ideas and sketches throughout the process.

With the help of the data collected from the user interviews, We got an insight into the goals, needs, and pain points of users. Understanding the target audience allowed me to find out the main fitness goals and frustrations of users, and hence built several User Personas, one of which is listed below.

Information architecture (IA) is, like a blueprint, a visual representation of the product's infrastructure,features, and hierarchy. It helps the user to find an information and complete a task.

I crafted this product from the ground up, tailoring it to various screen sizes, from desktop to small mobile devices. This project offered me valuable insights into the workings of online cosmetic platforms and to manage and understand from the customer's point of view, equipping me with knowledge about device breakpoints, image and video ratios, and more during the design phase.
